Refund policy

At Horizon, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at yusovdc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
